IMK’s has invested in real time data capture for its warehousing operatives in order to meet the demands of its customer base. The market requirements are possibly most clearly demonstrated by the aviation customer base who have a real safety critical and consequently both expect and receive rigorous control processes to be in place.
For space utilisation and operator safety, IMKA has invested in the latest wired guided VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks.
To maintain the highest level of accuracy and ease of access, smaller componentry is now stored within separate VLM (Vertical Lift Modules).
Servicing the most premium of automotive OEM’s, IMK does build individual car interior kits to order. These are supplied to the OEM on a JIT base and sequenced to the published line build of the day.
